The bonuses and freespins can be combined with other bonus promotions and may be redeemed by any player with an active and verified player account at jackpots.ch. Bonus money and freespins can only be redeemed on that day. Retroactive claims are not possible. Bonus codes can only be redeemed once per player.

The bonuses and freespins must be played within 24 hours of receipt. Any freespins and bonus credit not played through will expire 24 hours after being redeemed. There is no entitlement to expired bonuses. Freespins can only be redeemed in the specified game.

The bonus credit must be played through ten times on slots and 100 times on table games.

The following separate conditions apply to bonus credits won in Cash Drop Events:

The bonuses can be combined with other bonuses and can only be redeemed by the winner. To redeem the bonuses, an active and verified player profile at jackpots.ch is required.

The bonuses will be credited to the winner during the next day. The bonuses must be played through within 7 days of receipt. Unplayed bonus credits expire 7 days after redemption. There is no entitlement to expired credits.

The bonus credits obtained in the cash drops must be played through once.

The Advent Calendar is offered by jackpots.ch in collaboration with Qualifio SA, Place de l’Université 25, 1348 Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium (https://qualifio.com/). By participating in the jackpots.ch Advent Calendar, you declare that you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Participation and the GeneralPrivacy Policy.

Participation is free of charge and takes place by visiting the Advent Calendar at www.jackpots.ch and then clicking on the door of the day. To see what is hidden behind the door, you must accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. For some doors, we also need your first name and e-mail address so that we can assign the prize to the winner.

The prizes behind the door can only be collected on the respective day between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm. A subsequent claim of the prize or a subsequent participation in a competition is not possible.

In some cases, there is a bonus behind the door (in the form of bonus credits or free spins). This bonus can only be redeemed by people with a verified jackpots.ch account. The bonus must be redeemed within 24 hours of being received. The bonus balance must be wagered 10x on slots or 100x on table and live games (free spins are excluded). In addition, the bonus provisions in the jackpots.ch GTC apply.

In some cases, there are points behind the door for the jackpots.ch Loyalty-Program. These are awarded as part of a competition («integrated competition»). A jackpots.ch account is required to redeem Loyalty Points.

In the case of an integrated competition, the prizes to be won will be described in more detail via the competition window on the competition day.

Only one registration to take part in the integrated competition is possible per participant per day. Using multiple email addresses to increase your chances of winning is prohibited. In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to exclude participants from all competitions that are part of the current Advent Calendar.

In the case of an integrated competition, we need your first name and e-mail address to be able to assign the prize to the winner.

In some cases, there is an indication of a cash drop event on www.jackpots.ch behind the door. During this event, players registered with jackpots.ch will be able to win bonus credit in the specified game within the specified time frame. The cash drop event only takes place within the specified time frame, and subsequent participation is not possible. Anyone with a jackpots.ch account can take part in the cash drop event, including people who did not participate in the Advent Calendar.

The competition is open to individuals who reside in Switzerland and are of legal age. Persons subject to a gambling suspension in Switzerland are excluded from participation.

If a participant’s ability to do business is restricted, consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the Advent calendar as well as jackpots.ch employees, Qualifio employees, and their family members are ineligible to participate in the Advent Calendar. In addition, jackpots.ch reserves the right to exclude people from participation at its own discretion if there are justifiable reasons, for example, (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the Advent Calendar, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair behavior or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw.

The winners will be selected at random from all participants. If an integrated competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the draw.

The winners of each integrated competition will be notified promptly via a separate email.

The prize will only be handed over to the winners. Prizes cannot be exchanged or exchanged for cash.

jackpots.ch expressly reserves the right to terminate the online Advent Calendar and its integrated campaigns at any time without prior notice and without giving reason. This applies in particular to any reason that would disrupt or prevent the Advent calendar from running as planned.

There is no right of appeal. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of winnings.

For the jackpots.ch Advent Calendar, hereinafter referred to as the «Campaign», this Supplementary Privacy Policy contains some additional information about our General Privacy Policy. By registering for Advent Calendar you agree to our General Privacy Policy and this Supplementary Privacy Policy.

In some cases there is an integrated competition behind the door. In this case, we need some personal data from you in order to be able to assign the prize to the winner. If you want to take part in the integrated competition, we need the following data from you:

• First name
• Email address

In principle, all data mentioned in this privacy policy is stored and processed in our own databases or in the databases of companies that process order data for us as service providers within the meaning of Art. 9 DPA; see section 3 for more information about these service providers. Disclosure of data to third parties.

Service companies that work for us in the context of «order processing» are also obliged to comply with the provisions of data protection law and data secrecy (Art. 9 DSG). Qualifio has been commissioned to carry out the Campaign, and in particular, to collect, store and use the data for the purpose of carrying out the Campaign.

In the event that you win a prize, your personal information required to hand over the prize will be transmitted to our respective cooperative partner (e.g., a company that has donated a prize or a freight forwarder). The data will be stored there until the end of the legal retention periods; in addition, the winner agrees to the publication of his or her name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner in our communication channels, on our website and on our social media platforms.

Unless there is an obligation to comply with statutory retention periods (see above), all personal data stored in connection with the campaign will be deleted by us after the end of the campaign, as well as the winner notification and the prize award.

You can revoke consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. If you wish to make use of this option, we will delete your personal data immediately, insofar as it is no longer needed.

However, if there are statutory retention obligations or if the data is still being used for billing purposes, the data can only be deleted after the retention obligations have expired or after billing.

Personal data provided when participating in a campaign can be deleted at any time. All you need to do is send an e-mail to [email protected] with the relevant notice of your request. With this request, all data records concerning the participant, including his or her personal data, will be irrecoverably deleted from the databases of jackpots.ch or Qualifio as soon as possible, unless there is a legal obligation to observe retention periods. At the same time, all data collected in connection with the Campaign will be deleted (e.g., answers to quiz questions, uploaded photos, etc.).
